We've had a terrific month of March weather-wise here in Ohio. With some days reaching highs in the 80s, everyone has had a chance to get a good start on the eventing season. I've enjoyed seeing several familiar faces in addition to a few new students this year.
Podge is starting to lose his winter chubbiness and coat and starting to resemble the athlete from last fall. And poor Piccolo is getting rounder by the day but will hopefully be delivering a beautiful foal in a few more weeks. I'll have one open stall for a horse to come in training in June if anyone is interested. I think many are planning on starting at Greater Dayton Horse Trials in May. The opening date is this Tuesday and I'm happy to go out and have some XC schooling sessions before the course closes on May 1.

If you do get a group together for xc schooling, I would be interested!
